A leaner and more nutritious take on traditional pancakes.
- 6 egg whites
- 1 cup dry rolled oats
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1½ tsp. vanilla
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Heat skillet or griddle to medium-heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter and flip when they start to bubble. Cook other side until pancake is golden brown.
