Brought this in to work and shared it with my co-workers and they all loved it. We ate it with Fritos and they could not stop coming back for more. I mentioned that I was going to provide a comment and they wanted me to make sure I mentioned that they all loved it!!!!

This dip was a HUGE hit!!! The only thing I did differently was I added relish to the dip mixture and added shredded cheese to the top. The relish made the dip taste more like a cheeseburger, and I received tons of compliments! Without the relish I think the dip would have been just average. I also used Fritos scoops which tasted great with the dip! I will definitely be making this recipe again!

This really did taste like cheeseburger! We passed dill pickle relish with the dip so people could "pickle" their "burger" to their liking. I think the pickle improved it. It was quite salty as written, so the tortilla chips were too salty of a combination, but unsalted crackers (soda, water, etc) complimented it nicely. I think it would be even better served with waffle fries as the dippers!

Since my daughter made this for a family bbq last summer, it has become THE requested "bring" by everyone. Making it again today for a bbq party - last one at this old house; moving in a week after 27 years!
