Blogger Cookie Exchange Week

‘Tis the season…
to start to plan what yummy goodies you are handing out for the holidays!

One of my FAVORITE parts about Christmas are the cookie exchanges that take place! I love to see all the yummy homemade recipes people create and I also love to sample them! Cookies are a good way to make a lot at one time (so you don’t feel like you are in the kitchen forever) and in turn be able to give a lot out to your neighbors, friends and families.

I was lying in bed a few months ago (why do I always think about food at night?!) and was contemplating how I wanted to celebrate the holidays at Chef in Training this year. Christmas time is hands down my favorite time of the year. With the holiday season being so important to me, I knew I wanted to share that excitement with you somehow… and then this fun idea hit me!

I love to see what my neighbors create for cookie exchanges… but how fun would it be to see what some of my blogging inspirations create in their own kitchens?!

I have rounded up some amazing and talented bakers who are sharing some INCREDIBLE cookies with you here at Chef in Training. These cookies would be perfect to use for your own cookie exchanges this year.  Trust me, you are going to want to eat every single one of these! My mouth watered and dropped in amazement as I saw all the tasty and unique creations these girls came up with to share with and inspire YOU!

This year, you will have the pleasure to hear from myself along with:

Bakers Royal
Capturing Joy with Kristen Duke
Dine and Dish
High Heels and Grills
I heart Nap Time
Inside Brucrew Life
Mel’s Kitchen Cafe
No. 2 Pencil
Sally’s Baking Addiction
Shugary Sweets
Something Swanky
Sweet Basil
Taste and Tell
The Girl Who Ate Everything
Two Peas and Their Pod

 Isn’t that an INCREDIBLE line-up?!
Don’t miss out on a single one of these cookies these ladies are so kindly sharing!
I will be having two posts a day for the next week. The posts will begin in the morning (5 am MST) followed by one in the afternoon (3 pm MST).
Come see what these talented bakers have cooking up and are sharing with you all week long here at Chef in Training!

IT ALL STARTS TOMORROW!

See you there!

If you make this recipe, snap a photo and hashtag it #chefintraining and/or #chefintrainingblog. I would love to see how these recipes take shape in your kitchens.
