LIEGE WAFFLES

Flash Back to Christmas. We took the kids to see Santa Claus at the mall. To my surprise he beckoned me to him. He sat me down in his chair and sat upon my knee. He then said with the most sincere jolly eyes and grin, “Derek, all I want for Christmas is a Liege Waffle.” Done. There you have it. Of all the things Santa could have, he chose this waffle. Best Christmas Ever.

I love this list! It's really great to see what a man likes to eat. And I agree that Liege Waffles are the best! I have actually been through Liege (just the train station) and it is a dive, but man, do they ever make the best waffles in the world!
