Blackberry Crunch Cobbler
Cobbler is one of my favorite desserts. The combo of fruit and sweet topping is just perfect. This cobbler has been in my family since my mom was a little girl. My grandma always makes this yummy dessert and it has become one of my favorites!
I have yet to find a cobbler topping I love more than this one. The flavor is amazing and the texture is perfect! My grandma usually makes hers with cherry filling, but I prefer blackberry. You can change up the pie filling to whatever your preference may be :)
Top this warm dessert off with some ice cream to take it over the top!

This cobbler looks amazing!! I was wondering if you could switch the coconut pudding mix to vanilla? I have a family full of coconut haters! :)

I've never seen canned blackberry pie filling. Can you suggest a way to make this with fresh blackberries?

This looks delightful! I'm at a high altitude (8,000 ft.) and would love to know if I need to change up anything. Thanks!!

Can this be made with fresh berries? If so can you suggest a recipe? This looks fantastic!
Stephanie
I'm not sure I would call this a cobbler. It's more of a upside down pie. If you use fresh berries it would be too dry & may burn the berries.
