These bars are fabulous! They are chewy, sweet and have the Biscoff cookie flavor I am sure most of us have come to know and love.

I adapted this Peanut Butter Bar recipe that was given to me by my sister and the end result was delish!

They're a cross between a (peanut butter) blondie but with Biscoff and with oats! They're perfect! I looooove Biscoff so much that I make my own and these bars are right up my alley, Nikki! Delish! Pinning!

I love getting the little Biscoff cookies on the airplane.! And I've been seeing the Biscoff spread in the grocery lately. Just wasn't sure how I'd use it?! Now I know! Can't wait to try these!

And here I was just thinking I needed a way to use up my Biscoff before I ate it all shamelessly with a spoon. Fantastic--I can't wait to try these this week! Will report back :)

They look so good but I don't like Biscoff:/ I know strange but I can't seem to like it. But it seems like most recipes I find with Biscoff is interchangeable with Nutella. So I am going to give it a go. But I need a jelly roll pan first. Thanks!!

YUM! I could eat Biscoff by the spoonful -- or fingerful, if we're being honest -- and be happy. The fact that you made these gorgeous, chewy bars is so awesome, Nikki!

What size is a jelly roll pan? Is that bigger than a 9x13? Thanks

what is Biscoff spread. Is it an English product

There are several different sizes of jelly roll pans, and that would make a huge difference in the outcome of the recipe. What size pan????

    1. Amber

The answer to this would have been really helpful. I made this tonight and put it in a glass jelly roll pan. I ended up having to cook it for probably an hour because it was still soupy in the middle every time I checked it. It came out thicker than in the pictures, but still tasted delicious, yay! I think next time I'll split it between two pans.
