Tuesday Talent Show #75

Happy Tuesday Everyone! (If you are linking up Monday Night then Happy Monday!)

Tuesday Talent Show Link Party at Chef in Training! It is held weekly and has some amazing link ups!

This past week has been one of the most incredible weeks of my life. My husband travels A LOT for work. And when I say a lot, I mean it. This last trip he was gone for 3 WEEKS! It was hard. Knowing where he was going to be for those three weeks- Hawaii and BORA BORA- would make it so much harder for me. I decided I couldn’t miss out on a trip to Bora Bora. I mean- his ticket was covered by work right?! I couldn’t pass it up. So I booked my flight and amazingly enough it fell on our 5-year anniversary.

I don’t want to sound to braggy or anything-but I did want to show you a few pictures from my trip :)

I flew in solo since my husband was already there. This is a view of Bora Bora from the plane. I could not stop saying, “OH MY GOSH! OH MY GOSH!” haha!

Our Beach Bungalow was amazing! This is the view we woke up to every morning…Incredible!

The water there is unlike anything I have EVER seen. It is breathtaking. You can see the colors transition from light blue to dark blue. It is so transparent you can see clear to the bottom.

We passed by this dinner set up on the beach, like something you would see on the bachelor. I kept telling my husband how fun that would be and that the couple eating there was sure lucky. Little did I know that dinner was for us!!! He had already booked it a week before I got there. When the waiter asked if we would like to sit outside, I said, “Yes”. As we kept walking passed all the outside tables and onto the beach I just started crying. I asked my husband, “Are we THAT couple?!” and he just smiled. It was like something out of a dream. I feel like the luckiest girl in the whole world to have been able to experience all of this.

It truly was a dream vacation and an experience I will never forget :) But I am happy to be back- and I think our kids are too. This was one of our last skype sessions with them.
