Chocolate, Marshmallow, Peanut Butter Brownies

I saw this yummy looking recipe from Lil’ Sprinkles of Joy linked up to a party and knew I had to try it out!  It looked absolutely incredible…and let me tell you, it was!

CHOCOLATE, MARSHMALLOW, PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES
recipe found at: Lil’ Sprinkles of Joy

3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, divided
1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
1/4 cup milk
1 package devils food cake mix
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
1 7oz. jar marshmallow creme
3/4 cup peanut butter morsels

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Spray 13×9 pan with cooking spray
Combine 1/4 cup condensed milk, butter, skim milk, cake mix and egg white in a mixing bowl. The batter may be stiff, but that is okay!
Press 2/3 batter into prepared pan using floured hands. Make sure you pat evenly as the layer will be thin.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
While this is baking, combine 1/2 cup condensed milk and marshmallow creme in bowl. Stir in peanut butter morsels.
Remove the pan from the oven and spread the marshmallow mixture over the cooked layer.
Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over marshmallow mixture.
Bake at 350 for 35 mins.
Cool completey and get ready for some ooey gooey heaven :)

Enjoy!

These look like a delicious mess! I love chocolate, peanut butter, and marshmallows, but I never thought of combining the three together in brownies. Great idea.

Is the condensed milk sweet and condensed milk or evaporated milk? TKU!!

  7. Chef in Training

@marla it is sweetened condensed milk. I will clarify that on the recipe. Thanks :)

Great recipe! I made these yesterday and they turned out great. I had previously used my 9x13 pan making lasagna for dinner, so I used 2 8inch rounds and it worked just great! However my suggestion would be to make these when most (or all) will be consumed soon after it is made. IMO they are best when warm and they marshmallow is nice and gooey! But overall just awesome. Thanks for sharing!
