They will find the sales for you based on your families personal needs! You get an aisle-by-aisle grocery list so you know exactly what to get and how much the food is priced at! You choose the grocery store and it will give you weekly menus customized to your store’s weekly deals and sales! How easy and wonderful is that!?!
What makes these recipes so wonderful are they are easy to follow and usually contain fewer than seven ingredients to allow for a prep times of less than 30 minutes! I hate feeling like I am in the kitchen ALL DAY LONG, and when I tried out these dinners, I never felt like that!
The E-Mealz program creates menus that are centered on a budget of $75/week for families and $35/week for couples. I was provided with a menu/grocery list for the family plan and it was perfect for my family! We have three good eaters (one being a husband that eats for an additional three people, no joke) and everyone was satisfied! We also had some additional leftovers for the hubby to use for lunches throughout the week!
Not only does E-Mealz help you fit dinners within a budget, but it allows you to customize the best plan to your own personal family needs! They have special options that include low-carb, low-fat, point system, and vegetarian! 
The program is seriously brilliant. It gives you the menu, recipe for each day’s dinner and also provides you with your grocery list for the week. All you have to do is get in the car, drive to the store and follow the grocery list! It seriously made going to the grocery store and knowing what to get SO much easier!
