Chicken Pasta Salad

I got this recipe from my mother in law. She brings this to most showers, parties, or get togethers.
It is super tasty and so easy to throw together! Definitely a crowd favorite!

CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

Boil 12-16 oz of bow-tie pasta then drain water out of pasta and place in a big bowl.
Pour dressing (below) over it and marinade it for 2 hours

DRESSING

1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup terriyaki sauce
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
6 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

After the pasta has marinaded for 2 hours, Add the following to the pasta and dressing mixture.

spinach (1-2 bags)
6 oz craisens
3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 (8 oz.) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup parsley, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 cup seseame seeds, toasted
6 oz. honey roasted peanuts
2 cups cooked chicken cut up

Toss all ingredients together in a salad bowl.
Makes about 20 servings.

Enjoy!
